A 26-year-old nail technician who used her computer to transmit “explicit data” of two female relatives was on Monday arraigned before Chief Magistrate Ann McLennan at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court for the offence.

Marissa Waterman of David Street, Kitty pleaded not guilty; she faced two charges on the same offence.

Police claimed that between January 30-31, 2021, she used her computer at home to post the “explicit data” of her two relatives with the aim of humiliating them.

The Chief Magistrate released Waterman on a total of $20,000 bail and the case was adjourned until May 24.
