The experienced Mike Mangal took top honours on Saturday last when the Genuine Auto Spares and Tools Open Golf tournament was contested at the Lusignan Golf Club, East Coast Demerara.
Playing off a seven handicap, Mangal had the overall Best Net score on the day, recording 67. He had a Gross of 74.
Jeetindra Dhanpat, who won the Massy Motors tournament last month, came in second with Net 72 and Gross 80, playing off a handicap of eight. Brian Hackett, playing off a handicap of 18, finished third with Net 72 and Gross 90.
Mangal had the Best Net score (32) on the front nine and Eureka Giddings (33) had the Best Net score on the back nine.
