Matthews, Mohammed lead West Indies Women to victory over Pakistan
West Indies Women took a 2-0 lead in the five-match CG Insurance ODI series against Pakistan Women with a strong performance in game two on Friday at the Coolidge Cricket Ground in Antigua.
After a disciplined bowling effort restricted Pakistan Women to 120 all out in 42.4 overs, West Indies Women batted well to overhaul the target at 121-2 in 31.1 overs.
Off-spinner trio Anisa Mohammed, Karishma Ramharack and Hayley Matthews combined for eight wickets to stifle Pakistan batters in the 50-over contest.

Mohammed led the way with 4-27 off 9.4 overs, while Matthews had 2-17 off eight and Ramharack 2-27 off nine. Opener Muneeba Ali made 37 and Aliya Riaz 26 for the tourists.
In reply, West Indies Women got a solid start of 65 in 17.5 overs from Matthews and Kyshona Knight that effectively made the contest a one-sided affair.
Matthews, later named Player-of-the-Match, stroked 49, while Knight remained unbeaten on 39. Kycia Knight fell for 12, and Deandra Dottin was 13* when victory was achieved.
Game three is billed for Monday (July 12) from 09:30h at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.
