The government on Friday announced significant changes to the COVID-19 rules. These include: unvaccinated persons must make an appointment to visit any government agency or ministry; cinemas, betting shops and casinos can reopen at 40% capacity; all operators and conductors of public transportation must be vaccinated and have their vaccination card with them.
