Campbell “prepared and confident” ahead of CAC showdown in El Salvador
Central America and Caribbean (CAC) silver and bronze medallist, Emmerson Campbell, is set and ready to ‘bring home the gold’ when the CAC Bodybuilding championship is held in El Salvador next month.
The championship is set for August 12 to 16.
Campbell said he is “prepared and confident” ahead of the event, and he is looking to go one step further to top of the podium.
The four-time National Men’s Physique champion pointed out that his preparation has been smooth and it’s now a case of executing on stage.
Meanwhile, Level Patio and Grill is the latest entity to support Campbell’s dream of copping the elusive CAC gold.
Proprietor Sean Major said: “We are just trying to do our part in supporting fitness and all athletic aspirations. Have fun and bring home the gold.”
Campbell has also received the backing of the Guyana Olympic Association, the National Sports Commission, Fitness Express and Space Gym. He expressed gratitude to them all for the support.
Guyana is sending a formidable army of fitness athletes to invade the shores of the Central American country at the championship
Campbell apart, the others are Rosanna Fung, Darious Ramsammy, Kerwin Clarke, Nicholas Albert, Rawle Greene, Yannick Grimes and Roger Callendar.
