A Venezuelan hot dog vendor has been found dead in a Church Street, Georgetown alleyway.
Dead is Ilan Antonia Singh, 32. He resided at Lot 5 North Road, Bourda, Georgetown.
His body was found around dawn on Sunday morning.
Police said a female associate reported that Singh left home just after midnight Sunday to go to a party at Rio Club at Forshaw Street, Queenstown, Georgetown.
At around 06:00 hrs Sunday, a maintenance worker at the Sleepin Hotel discovered Singh’s body in the alleyway behind the hotel.
“The body was examined and what appeared to be wounds were seen to his head along with bruises on his knees, right hand and his left shoulder,” Police stated.
Police are continuing their investigations.
