The News Room was informed that Pardesi visited one of the commercial banks Tuesday to make a withdrawal of an undisclosed amount of cash and he did so in the company of a friend.

After returning back to the Reliance property, the friend is said to have left the premises around 22:30h Tuesday night and at approximately 23:00h, the suspects entered the yard and confronted Pardesi.

Police said there was no sign of forced entry and when they arrived at the scene, Pardesi’s lifeless body with visible marks of violence was found near the bottom of the steps (that leads to the upper flat). Four persons have since been arrested as investigations are in progress.
