The Guyana Oil & Gas Energy Chamber (GOGEC), will be organizing a high-level international oil and gas energy conference in February 2022.
The event will aim to have a broader energy discussion beyond oil and gas within the context of an energy transition agenda in keeping with the country’s energy targets that are also linked to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Conference is intended to bring together both international and local investors as well as policymakers to advance Guyana’s energy transformation and transition agenda.
GOGEC is also cognizant of the COVID-19 pandemic and therefore, the event will be facilitated by way of a blend of both virtual and in-person (physical) sessions.
This major event is organized in partnership with several local and international companies; and the major Private sector organizations including some of the affiliates from Houston Texas.
This signature event is also supported by the Government of Guyana.
