Competitive golf action resumed on Saturday (September 18, 2021) at the Lusignan Golf Course, with Videsh Persaud emerging champion of the BK International-sponsored Medal Play tournament.
Persaud, playing off a handicap 27, recorded a Gross of 89 and Net 62, to finish ahead of seasoned campaigner Mike Mangal, who had Gross 78, Net 72, playing off a six handicap.
Maxim Mangra rounded out the podium finishers with Gross 88, Net 72, playing off a handicap of 16.
So dominant was Persaud’s performance that he had the Best Net of 32 on the front nine, and 30 on the back nine. Mangal was Nearest-to-the-Pin.
