Guyanese Nathan DeNobrega and Elwyn Levius continued their unbeaten run in the COTECC/ITF Under-12 tennis tournament in Santo Domingo, winning their individual Singles against opponents from Haiti on Monday.
Both players won quite convincingly in straight sets.
Levius defeated Marvens Bazanne 6-4, 6-2, while DeNobrega got the better of Johnsley Bazanne 6-2, 6-1.
Levius and DeNobrega then teamed up to defeat the Haitian pair 6-2, 6-1 in the Doubles segment later in the day.
The Guyanese were also outstanding on day one of the tournament on Sunday, winning their Singles and Doubles showdown against their Bajan opponents.
The competition will end on October 2.
