The Linden Bauxite Flyers Cycling Club recently benefitted from the generosity of the Guyana Breweries Incorporated, under its Ginseng Up brand.

With the sponsorship, Guyana Breweries Inc. will join the Guyana Lottery Company as supporters of the club over the next year.

The company said it is extremely happy to partner with the Linden Bauxite Flyers Cycling Club, while adding that “during the next 12 months, we will advance our partnership with the club to improve the support to the athletes, and the immediate community of Linden.”

Meanwhile, the club’s Assistant Secretary/Treasurer, Jeffrey Yearwood, thanked Guyana Breweries Inc. for taking the step in being its branding partner for 2022/23 Cycling seasons.

“We believe that branding their Ginseng Up beverage would give a good boost to the Awareness of this product in Linden, as well as the cycling fraternity, and its contribution towards sports and youth Development. Our cyclists are grateful for this initiative and intend to do their best,” Yearwood said.

Yearwood said he hopes that the two entities will also partner on other projects to continue the development of cycling within Linden.
