An accident on the Caledonia Public Road, East Bank Demerara on Thursday afternoon claimed the lives of a married couple.
Dead are Nicholas Valcin and Olisa of Wiscroc Linden. Regional Commander Mahendra Siwnarine confirmed the accident but could not provide any more details.
The News Room understands that Valcin and his wife were involved in a two-vehicle smash-up involving a car and a canter truck. The News Room will provide more details in a subsequent report.
