Yelbies Alaxis Carrero Valesques, 26, a labourer of Industry, East Bank Demerara was granted $20,000 bail when he appeared at the Spareendam Magistrate’s Court on the East Coast of Demerara for reportedly robbing a housewife at gunpoint.
Valesques pleaded not guilty to the charge; the matter was adjourned until January 10, 2022.
According to a police report, Valesques reportedly robbed the 53-year-old housewife of Industry, ECD on November 24.
He was arrested two days later.
