The body of a man who has not yet been identified was found at the Kitty Seawall in the vicinity of the Kitty Pump Station on Monday afternoon.
Persons at the scene said the man was naked and is said to have been be a deaf destitute.
The News Room understands that no marks of violence were discovered on the body. The News Room will provide more details in a subsequent report.
