Former Caribbean Under-21 Singles champion Shemar Britton played unbeaten on Saturday, the opening day of Singles competition at the Senior Caribbean Table Tennis Championship in Cuba.
Britton won both his games in the Men’s category, defeating Brayon Azor of Haiti 3-0 and the highly-touted Isaac Villa of the Dominican Republic 3-1.
Also recording a victory on Saturday were Olympian Chelsea Edghill, reigning national champion Christopher Franklin, Natalie Cummings and senior debutant Jonathon Van Lange.
