The Ministry of Health on Saturday recorded another seven COVID-19 infections.
With these new cases, the total number of confirmed cases since March 11, 2020, has increased to 63,134. Importantly, though, no additional deaths were recorded leaving the overall death toll at 1,224.
The new infections were recorded from three regions: Region One (one case), Region Four (five cases), and Region Six (one case).
There are also six patients receiving critical care in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), eight people are in institutional isolation, 12 people are in institutional quarantine and 193 people are in home isolation.
And a total of 61,699 people have recovered after they were infected with the virus.
