Only five new COVID-19 infections were recorded over a 24-hour period, after 470 tests were done, the Ministry of Health reported in its daily COVID-19 dashboard on Sunday.
The new cases were recorded in Region Three (one case) and Region Four (four cases).
The total number of confirmed cases since March 11, 2020 has now increased to 63,272.
No additional deaths were recorded and so, the overall death toll remained at 1,226.
There are also four patients receiving critical care in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), eight people are in institutional isolation, 18 are in institutional quarantine and 72 people are in home isolation.
There were no additional recoveries; as such, the total number of people recovered remained at 61,962.
