Guyana recorded five new COVID-19 cases from a total of 899 tests, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 63, 310. Region Three recorded one case and Region Four recorded four cases.
With no new COVID deaths recorded, the death toll remains at 1, 226.
There are four patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 10 patients are in institutional isolation and 85 patients are in home isolation.
To date, 61, 985 people have recovered from the virus.
