Guyana recorded five new COVID-19 cases from a total of 675 tests, taking the total number of confirmed cases to 63, 315.
The five new cases were all recorded in Region Four (Demerara Mahaica).
With no new COVID deaths recorded, the death toll remains at 1, 226.
There are four patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 10 patients are in institutional isolation and 84 patients are in home isolation.
To date, 61, 991 people have recovered from the virus.
