No patient in COVID ICU; three new cases recorded

Three people, who are all females, were infected with the novel coronavirus over a 24-hour period, after 532 tests were done, the Ministry of Health reported in its daily COVID-19 dashboard on Sunday.

The new cases were recorded in Region Three (one case) and Region Four (two cases).

The total number of confirmed cases since March 11, 2020, has now increased to 63,371

No additional deaths were recorded and so the overall death toll remained at 1,228.

Notably, there are no patients receiving critical care in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU). There are seven persons in institutional isolation, seven are in institutional quarantine and 87 persons are in home isolation.

Total recoveries remains at 62,049.
