Sunrisers Hyderabad kept their chances of a playoff spot alive with an exciting three-run win over Mumbai Indians in Match 65 of the Indian Premier League on Tuesday.
Set a target of 194, Mumbai needed 45 off the last three overs, and Tim David proceeded to singlehandedly smash Thangarasu Natarajan for 26 off the first five balls before being run out by the bowler for 46 off 18 (3x4s, 4x6s).
With 19 required off the final 12 balls, Bhuvneshwar Kumar delivered a wicket maiden, before Fazalhaq Farooqi ensured Sunrisers walked off with maximum points, bowling a decent final over.

Skipper Rohit Sharma topscored with 48 and fellow opener Ishan Kishan made 43, as Umran Malik again impressed with 3-23.
Sunrisers’ 193-6 was built on Rahul Tripathi’s 76 off 44 balls, while Priyam Garg made 42 and Nicholas Pooran 38. Ramandeep Singh picked up 3-20 for Mumbai Indians.
