135 new COVID cases; three persons in ICU

Another 135 people were infected with the novel coronavirus, taking the total number of cases recorded since March 2020 to 64,763, according to information from the Ministry of Health’s daily COVID-19 dashboard.

Those positive cases were recorded from 1,396 tests.

The new cases were recorded in the following regions: Region One (one case), Region Two (nine cases), Region Three (23 cases), Region Four (69 cases), Region Five (two cases), Region Six (21 cases), Region Seven (three cases), Region Nine (two cases) and Region Ten (five cases).

Meanwhile, there are now three patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 27 patients in institutional isolation and 622 patients are in home isolation.

To date, 62, 877 people have recovered and there have been a total of 1,234 deaths.
