The Ministry of Health has recorded 85 new COVID-19 cases on Friday from 1, 308 tests, taking the total number of confirmed cases since March 2020 to, 65,799.
The new cases were recorded in the following regions; Region One (one case), Region Two (11 cases), Region Three (five cases), Region Four (52 cases), Region Five (three cases), Region Six (five cases), Region Seven (one case), Region Nine (five cases) and Region Ten (two cases).
There are two patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 33 patients are in institutional isolation and 977 patients are in home isolation.
To date, 63, 548 patients have recovered and 1, 239 have died.
