RK Concrete Guyana Inc. on Saturday handed over the first completed young professional house located within the new housing development site at Prospect, East Bank Demerara.
This housing development was assigned to various contractors last year by the Central Housing and Planning Authority (CH&PA) for which construction began in January 2022.
The aim is to provide affordable homes to young professionals in Guyana.
In a statement on Saturday, the company said it is “pleased to deliver the keys to the new homeowner.”
RK Concrete Guyana Inc. said it was one of the last contractors to be awarded contracts to build homes within this housing development.
“…and today we are proud to announced that RK Concrete Guyana Inc. is the first contractor to hand over a fully completed unit.”
The company said it prides itself on delivering quality services in a timely manner to meet the demands of every client.
“We have also been able to positively impact the workforce in Guyana as our team comprises of 98% Guyanese citizenry.
