Guyana’s Golden Jaguars suffered a 6-0 defeat at the hands of Haiti in League B of Group B of the Concacaf Nations League on Tuesday evening.
The Haitians went on a goal spree in the second half, scoring five goals, after taking a 1-0 by the end of the first half.
The defeat follows a 6-2 loss at the hands of the same opponent on Saturday last at the National Track and Field Centre, Leonora.
With the victory, the Haitians are top of the group with 10 points, while the Golden Jaguars, with 2-1 wins over Montserrat and Bermuda in their earlier group matches, are second on six points.
In their bid for Concacaf Gold Cup qualification, the Golden Jaguars will next face Montserrat and Bermuda in March 2023.
