A 49-year-old farmer of Somerset and Berks, Essequibo Coast, is currently in a critical condition at the Suddie Public Hospital after he lost control of his motorcycle and ended up in a nearby trench.
Morvin Putdyal suffered severe head injuries and is an unconscious state in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at the hospital.
The accident occurred at about 05:00hrs on Monday.
His wife Margret Putdyal told the News Room that she received a call early Monday morning informing her of her husband’s accident.
The woman said her husband had left to go to his farm when the accident occurred.
