A total of 42 new COVID-19 cases were recorded after 289 tests were done, taking the overall number of confirmed cases since March 2020, to 67, 699.
The new cases were recorded in the following regions; Region Two (three cases), Region Three (15 cases), Region Four (12 cases), Region Six (four cases) and Region Seven (eight cases).
There are three patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 33 are in institutional isolation and 824 are in home isolation.
To date, 65, 583 people have recovered and 1, 256 have died.
