A child is among several persons who were injured in a two-vehicle smash-up on the Soesdyke Linden Highway early on Monday. The accident occurred just after 08:00hrs within the vicinity of the Umbrella Resort, Regional Commander Denise Griffith told the News Room.
Preliminary investigations reveal that one of the vehicles was overtaking when the accident occurred.
All injured persons are conscious and are being treated at the Diamond Diagnostic Centre.
