21 new COVID cases, five in ICU

A total of 21 new COVID-19 cases were recorded after 327 tests were conducted, the Health Ministry reported on Monday.

The ministry’s dashboard noted that the overall number of confirmed cases has now increased to 69, 468.

The new cases were recorded in; Region Two (two cases), Region Three (three cases), Region Four (11 cases) and Region Six (five cases).

There are five patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, 25 are in institutional isolation and 808 are in home isolation.

To date, 67, 360 people have recovered from the virus and 1,270 deaths have been recorded since March 2020.
