Three men – Devon Hope, 35, Wayne Bascom, 28 and Ishwar Persaud, 50 – were remanded to prison for reportedly robbing Wazim Khan at gunpoint on Saturday at Yarrowkabra, Soesdyke Linden Highway.
The three men were charged with armed robbery when they appeared at the Diamond/Golden Grove Magistrates Court before Principal Magistrate Sunil Scarce on Monday last. They all pleaded not guilty.
Bail was denied and they were remanded to prison until September 30, 2022 for statements.
