A 38-year-old bus driver of Lamaha Park, Georgetown, is one of two persons who died after a route 44 bus crashed at Good Hope.
Dead is Andrew Albert, a former policeman, after the bus he was driving reportedly collided with a pick-up.
Albert and a woman who were at the front of the bus died on the scene.
Meanwhile, eight other persons who were traveling in the bus were injured and rushed to the Georgetown Public hospital.
