A 21-year-old construction worker, Dashawn Green of Haslington, East Coast Demerara was charged and remanded to prison on Tuesday for armed robbery.
Green made his appearance at the Cove and John Magistrate’s Court before Magistrate Fabayo Azore.
He pleaded not guilty and was remanded to prison. The case was also transferred to the Vigilance Magistrate’s Court.
It is alleged that Green robbed Kimberly Bourne, a 30-year-old mixologist of Non Pareil, ECD on August 01.
