A 28-year-old man of Airy Hall, Essequibo Coast was on Tuesday found guilty of raping an underage girl in 2019.
Raphael Doobay made his appearance before Justice Jo-Ann Barlow at the Suddie High Court.
A 12-member found him guilty of the offence.
He will be sentenced November 15.
