Eight new COVID-19 infection were recorded after 141 tests were conducted over the last 24 hours, the Ministry of Health reported on Thursday.
The new cases bring the overall number of confirmed cases since March 2020, to 71, 461. The cases were recorded in Region Four.
Three people are in institutional isolation and 24 patients are in home isolation.
To date, 70, 153 persons have recovered and 1, 281 have died of the pandemic.
