The Ministry of Health on Thursday recorded seven new COVID cases from 191 tests, taking the total number of confirmed cases since March 2020 to 71, 627.
The new cases are from Region Four (Demerara-Mahaica)
There are two patients in the COVID-19 Intensive Care Unit, eight patients in institutional isolation and 111 patients in home isolation.
To date, 70, 221 people have recovered and 1, 285 died from COVID-19.
