There will be no vehicular traffic within the vicinity of the Stabroek Market Area in Georgetown from Thursday to Saturday, the Georgetown Mayor and City Council announced on Tuesday.

The Mayor and Councillors of the City of Georgetown wish to notify the general public that the following streets will be declared closed to vehicular traffic for the festive season: Croal Street between Water and Cornhill Streets between Brickdam and America Streets from 06:00 hours to midnight.
This takes effect from Thursday 22, to Saturday 31 December, 2022.
