Guyanese duo of Keemo Paul and Romario Shepherd have found their groove in the ongoing South Africa T20 League with some match-defining performances.
On Friday, Paul smashed three sixes, one off of Jofra Archer, in his eight-ball 20* which led Durban Super Giants to a five-wicket win over MI Cape Town.
In pursuit of 153, Super Giants strolled to 154-5 in 16.5 overs with Man-of-the Match, Kyle Mayers, making 34 (4x4s; 2x6s) off 23 balls.
Earlier in the week, Shepherd hammered 40 off just 19 balls for Joburg Super Kings. He struck four maximums and two fours which got his side up to an imposing 190-6.
He returned to bowl one over for nine runs as his side restricted Super Giants to 174-5.
The League runs until January 24 when there will be a break for a restart on February 2.
