Massy Motors customers win new vehicle, other prizes valued at $7M

One Massy Motors customer took home a brand new vehicle while six others won prizes worth $7 million in the Shell lubricants “We wish you a brand new ride and many more gifts too” holiday promotion.

The promotion was open to all users who purchased Shell Lubricants. Customers purchasing any 4L or 20L Shell Lubricant were eligible for the grand prize or any of the other prizes. The winners were awarded last Friday at the Massy Motors R5 Ruimveldt, Georgetown Office.

The promotion ran from October 12, 2022 to December 31, 2022 and offered winning prizes: a 55” Flat Screen Television, a Samsung Galaxy S22 Cellular Phone, three Shopping Sprees valued at $800 USD, a Six-Island Caribbean Tour and the grand prize of a brand new Datsun Cross vehicle.

The winner of the grand prize was Devena Jawahirlall.

The winner of the television was Dulari Suhku while Rohinee Ramkissoon won the cellphone. The shopping spree winners were Balram Sookwah, Carlson Wickham, Lydia Samsudeen. The winner of a six-Island Caribbean tour was won by Nikita Budhu Doodnauth.

During the awards ceremony, Marketing and Customer Experience Manager Meletia Hossanah said the promotion was the company’s way of giving back to their customers and saying thank you.

“As a force for good, our mission is to deliver value for all our customers, so during the holiday season, we hosted the first ever promotion of this magnitude with really amazing prizes up for grabs,” Hossanah said.

Meanwhile, the Assistant Vice President of Operations, Mark Roopnarine, extended warm congratulations to all the winners and encouraged them to continue using Shell Lubricants for all their lubricant requirements.
