I am saddened at the demise of Mr. Edmond Cooper. He possessed a brilliant mind, always did his work with great diligence and came up with new ideas that were good enough to put into practice. Mr. Cooper in my opinion has gone too soon. However, he has left a rich legacy. My sympathy goes out to his bereaved family. may his soul rest in peace and rise in glory.
