
Prince Holder is new APNU Councillor in Region Two
Former policeman and businessman Prince Holder was on Wednesday sworn in as a Partnership for National Unity (APNU) Councillor to serve on the Region Two Regional Democratic Council (RDC).
The Region’s Regional Executive Officer Susannah Saywack administered the Oath to Holder during a meeting the the boardroom of the RDC building and immediately after he was allowed to take up his seat as Councillor.
Holder said that his aim is to serve humanity. He previously served as the Regional Chairman of People’s National Congress Reform (PNC/R).
Regional Chairman Vilma De Silva congratulated Holder and said that the Council is working in the best interest of the residents in the Region. She said that she looks forward to working with Holder and other Councillor’s in moving the region forward.
Holder of Henrietta replaced Yonette Obermuller who passed away recently.
The newly minted Councillor is a carpenter by profession, certified in fitting and machinery.
He worked as a private investigator in the United States for ten years and eight years as a police officer in Guyana.
He is currently a Justice of the Peace and Commissioner of Oath.
