Robin Nadata Simon, a 44-year-old housewife of Haslington, East Coast Demerara, was on Thursday charged with the offence of Acts of Terrorism, three days after she was arrested.
Police Headquarters reported that she appeared at the Sparendaam Magistrate’s Court and was not required to plea to the charge.
According to the Police, bail was granted in the sum of $250,000 with the condition that she lodge her passport and report every fortnight at the Cove and John Police Station.
The matter was postponed to March 28, 2023, for report.
