Captain Fletcher, 36, who has played in 63 One-Day Internationals for West Indies Women, led the run-chase with an unbeaten 44 off 52 balls (6x4s), while opener Namiah Marcellin was not out on 29 off 76 (2x4s).
Opener Malika Edwards was dismissed for a first ball duck by spinner Plaffiana Millington.
Earlier, openers Realeanna Grimmond (20) and Mandy Mangru (18) gave Guyana a start of 24 in 5.3 overs and they were cruising at 41-1 by the ninth over.
However, the innings went downhill as the last nine wickets were plucked out cheaply.
No other player got into double-figures, as left-arm spinner Qiana Joseph took 4-18 off 10 overs and leg-spinner Fletcher 2-10 off 5.1.
Nerissa Crafton (1-8) and Pearl Etienne (1-13) were also among the wickets.
