Bibi Faneeza Amin, a 28-year-old of Johanna Cecilia, Essequibo Coast, appeared at the Anna Regina Magistrate’s Court on Thursday, charged with the simple larceny of a 65-year-old businesswoman of Queenstown, Essequibo Coast.
Amin appeared before Magistrate Esther Sam and pleaded not guilty to the charge and was subsequently granted $50,000 bail.
The case was adjourned to May 30, 2023. Police Headquarters did not reveal the details of the case.
