Guyanese Sherfane Rutherford is one of six Caribbean players who have been retained by the St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots for the Republic Bank Caribbean Premier League 2023.
The big-hitting left-hander is joined by Evin Lewis, Andre Fletcher, Dominic Drakes, Sheldon Cottrell and Joshua DaSilva as the players retained from last season.
Notably, the Patriots have secured the services of fast bowler Oshane Thomas, who was transferred from the Barbados Royals.
The Caribbean Premier League 2023 gets underway on August 16, with the final taking place on September 24. There will be matches in Barbados, Guyana, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia and Trinidad and Tobago.
The overseas players and draft picks will be announced during the Republic Bank CPL draft show, which will be broadcast at the end of June.
