Sixty-one-year-old Carl Subarattie, a boat operator of Palmer’s Point, Lower Mazaruni, Region Seven, is reportedly missing after he left his home on Monday and hasn’t returned since.
The Guyana Police Force on Thursday said the Police in Regional Division #7 are currently searching for the man after the missing person report was made at 19:20 hrs on Monday.
According to the report, the missing man’s brother, Anderson [only name given], said Subarattie left home at 9:00 hrs to take another brother, Simon, to Marshall’s Point Backdam, Lower Mazaruni River.
Anderson said the man left Simon at the location and was supposed to return home but he didn’t and hasn’t been seen since.
A search was made in the area but neither Carl nor his boat have been seen.
