A 56-year-old man who was reported missing for three days, was found dead on Friday morning near a farm in the vicinity of Soesdyke, East Bank Demerara.
Dead is Barry Outar of Sand Road, Soesdyke. The News Room understands that he left home to work on the farm on Tuesday but according to persons working there, Outar left the farm at around 17:00 hrs and never returned.
His family began a search for him on Wednesday.
His body was found on Friday morning and it is suspected that he died by suicide but his family suspects foul play is involved.
A relative who spoke with the News Room on Friday said marks of violence were observed on the body.
The Police have since launched an investigation.
