Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a labourer identified as Ganesh Ramcharran, whose body was found along the Mashabo trail on the Essequibo Coast on Tuesday.
Ramcharran, also known as ‘Krishna’ and ‘Blue Boy’, of Pomona Public Road, Region Two, was found motionless with a suspected broken neck in close proximity to his motorcycle.
Relatives told the News Room that he worked in the area to “burn pit.” The father of one was described as a hard-working person.
