Platinum Sales and Services, the authorised distributor for LG Products in Guyana, is about to show out at the 2023 International Building Expo with its wide product line on full display.
Platinum Sales and Services carry a wide array of LG household appliances including refrigerators, stoves, microwaves, and washing machines.
With a presence at the expo, the company will also feature its range of LG air conditioning units, which feature innovative features like fast cooling, energy efficiency, and allergy reduction filters.
Company representatives will be available to discuss product features, pricing, warranties, and installation partners.
Mahendra Boodhoo, a Guyanese businessman and the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Platinum Sales and Services, said the company is confident in its ability to offer all necessary aftercare support.
“Last year we were at the building expo and it was very successful.
“This year we are going bigger to the expo where we will have all the product lines on display and we will also be doing sales at the expo,” Boodhoo said.
He explained that special prices have been set on the items and they will last for the duration of the expo set to run from August 24 – 27.
With a partnership that started in 2020 with LG Electronics, Platinum Sales and Services, located on Robb Street, Georgetown, is the only local distributor that is offering LG products with the full factory warranty at no additional cost.
“Our engineering team works closely with LG’s head office to validate and perfect AC designs,” Boodhoo said.
He believes these LG products are perfect for withstanding corrosion and are efficient in the use of electricity.
Boodhoo has his eyes set on expanding his warehouse capacity and is on a mission to make these products available to all Guyanese as one of the country’s largest distributors of consumer electronics.
