Guyana’s 2018 Top NGSA student excels at CSEC

Queen’s College student, Naila Rahaman has secured 17 Grade Ones, 2 Grade Twos, and 1 Grade Three passes at this year’s Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) exams, earning a top 10 spot in the country.

Five years ago, she emerged as the country’s top student at the National Grade Six Assessment with a perfect score of 529 marks while attending the West Field Prep School in Georgetown.

She is currently representing Guyana in the US Department of State’s Youth Ambassadors Program.
