A 28-year-old mother of three was allegedly murdered on Friday after she was left alone in her Kaikan, Region Seven cottage by her family.
The dead woman has been identified as Estephanie Garcias.
The incident occurred sometime on Friday morning.
Reports are that Garcias lived with her husband and their three children.
According to Police Headquarters, investigations revealed that Garcias’ husband left for Venezuela where he works on Thursday.
And around 07:30hrs Friday, Police said the woman’s three children left for school, leaving her home alone.
On their return at around 16:30hrs, Police said the children discovered Garcias’ lifeless body on the floor.
An alarm was immediately raised and the neighbours responded.
The matter was subsequently reported to the Kaikan Police Station.
“On arrival at the scene, the body was found lying on its back on the floor of the one-bedroom house with a red T-shirt pulled just above her breast and multi-coloured underwear pulled below her buttocks with her private parts exposed,” Police Headquarters said.
There were also two wounds to Garcias neck.
Her body was escorted to the Kaikan Health Centre where she was pronounced dead.
Well, well ! You don’t have to fully describe what the police may have released. Have some decency for the woman, who may have been known by many. Now, her small children is subjected to your description of the deceased, exposure of body parts…. you are becoming just like KN when they showed graphic photos of the massacre of children, adults on the East Coast, I think it was Lusignan. The press has some etiquette to respectfully report the minimum of description of a deceased and not show any graphic photos.
